We have quite a simple uniform policy which makes all our children look smart and feel part of school.

In the Foundation Stage the uniform code is:

  • Navy or black jogging bottoms or leggings or, in the summer, navy or black shorts.
  • White or sky blue polo shirt
  • School sweatshirt or cardigan

We ask the girls not to wear dresses as these are not practical for activities in the Foundation Stage. Footwear should be practical and easy for the children to get on and off – Velcro fastenings are best. Trainers are fine.

In Year 1 and 2 the uniform code is slightly different:

  • Grey trousers or shorts, grey skirt or tunic dress
  • White or sky blue polo shirts
  • School sweatshirt or cardigan

Trainers should not be worn – shoes should be sturdy and practical for school life. In Summer the girls can wear light blue and white checked dresses.

School sells sweatshirts and cardigans and also stocks polo shirts with the school logo, although plain t-shirts are fine to wear. You can also purchase bookbags, PE bags and sunhats from school. All the other items of uniform are easily obtainable from a range of local retailers.
